How do you handle scheduling and appointments?
We schedule our appointments based off time windows. We have our 8AM - 9AM priority window for our Milestone Advantage members, then our 8AM - 11AM, 11AM - 2PM, 2PM - 5PM, and we have our emergency after hours.At Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing, we prioritize making scheduling and appointments as seamless as possible for our customers.
